Will my material be damaged by heat?
We can assure you that our precision water and abrasive combination of cutting does not cause heat damage.
Once cut, the surface has a warm-to-touch feel and results in no heat affected areas, toxic smoke or lingering smells.
How does water jet cutting work?
The trusted cutting service in Auckland we use only the finest machinery and materials in the industry. Our waterjet cutting machines combine high water pressure (up to 60,000 psi) with a very fine abrasive mixture. This mix passes through the cutting head of the machine and into the material, resulting in a clean and crisp cut edge.
